Sooo, this is a weird but normal find. Bananas. You’ve probably tasted at least one in your lifetime and some have deemed bananas as your favorite fruit.
Did you know that bananas have 27mg of magnesium & 358mg of potassium. Pretty healthy!
But what is really weird and what I discovered just recently is, I sleep better when I have a banana before bed. I know, it sounds strange, but it totally works for me. I have dealt with insomnia on and off again, and this helps me drift off to sleep so quickly. It’s like a nice warm hug in my tummy. One of the best foods you can have before bed is a banana I have read.

In fact, bananas are a win-win situation in general. “They’re overall health promoters,” says Rosenberg. “We need potassium for cardiovascular health and cognitive functioning.”
